April 2020 Manatee County Real Estate Market Update

April 2020 is was Neutral market for Manatee County! The number of for sale listings was down 11.8% from one year earlier and down 6.4% from the previous month. The number of sold listings decreased 29.1% year over year and decreased 30.5% month over month. The number of under contract listings was down 12.8% compared to previous month and down 41% compared to previous year. The Months of Inventory based on Closed Sales is 4, up 24.6% from the previous year.
